Essential steps in DRG Fasciola lgG ELISA
- During incubation Fasciola-specific lgG antibodies from the serum are bound to the immobilized antigen
- After a washing step to remove unbound material, horseradish peroxidase conjugated anti-human lgG antibodies is added
