Aspect Scientific offer a wide range of Service Centre based technical services, which aim to provide your customers with an easy and efficient process for handling repairs and service requirements of smaller equipment, often Point of Care (POC) analysers, which can be easily collected and returned to base for repair and / or service and returned to the customer afterwards. Through working with you and your business to understand your exact requirements, and the needs of your customers, we are able to offer a bespoke process to provide dedicated support to your customers throughout the UK.
Our Service Centre processes provide a high quality solution to remote support of POC and mobile devices. All repairs include extensive performance testing, PAT safety testing and Quality Control procedures to ensure that when the equipment is returned to the customer it is available for immediate use.
These services can be combined with loan equipment supply to ensure the customer is not without a critical piece of equipment during the service / repair. Temporary loan replacement equipment is supplied for the customer after they report a fault which requires repair or service, ensuring their work can continue as normal. The equipment requiring repair is packaged in a specialist transport case, which the loan unit arrived in, and is returned to us – all arranged by Aspect Scientific, keeping disruption to a minimum for the customer.
Once repaired, the customers equipment is returned and the loan unit collected, offering a completely seamless, fast and hassle free repair process.
