Types of ELISA
Different ELISA formats are designed to answer different testing requirements.
Indirect ELISA
Indirect ELISA is commonly used for detecting antibodies in a sample. An antigen is immobilised on a solid surface and antibodies within the sample bind to it. A labelled secondary antibody is then used to generate a measurable signal.
